We can provide additional Helpdesk services to clients who use our Cloud Applications & Professional Services when they require a higher level of support. To best address the types of questions most likely to arise in your particular situation.

Our Helpdesk staff can support all of our Cloud Applications, with offerings to supplement the standard training and user manuals. Helpdesk staff can walk your employees through complex processes, step-by-step, to ensure that they're utilizing our applications to their fullest potential.

Our Helpdesk offers one-stop email and telephone-based assistance for our Cloud Computing software services.

  • Monthly reporting on service level metrics

Our Helpdesk personnel are well-versed in payroll and Social Insurance and can help you with questions about all our related services.

  • Escalation of problems to CVi consultants, as required
