Help Desk Services

CVi provides Help Desk services to support its application and outsourcing services. The Help Desk function can be customized for each customer’s particular situation, to address those questions that are most likely to be raised by a customer’s team members. The Help Desk support can be dedicated to the customer HR team or available to all employees at a customer’s location.

The current features of the K.K. CrossVision International Help Desk include:

  • Bilingual support (Japanese and English)
  • Support hours: 10:00-17:00 (Japan time)
  • HR, payroll and social insurance knowledgeable staff
  • Escalation of problems to CVi consultants, as required
  • Seamless integration with other customer Help Desk operations
  • Available for either outsourced or non-outsource payroll and HR operations
  • On-shore location that focuses on Japan-specific HR and payroll

  • Committed request response times
  • Monthly reporting on service level metrics
