Efficient time management

CViElite Attendance reduces data entry time for employees and assists you in understanding and accurately focusing in on working hours for each employee.

Project time tracking option

CViElite Attendance allows detailed working hours to be split across various projects, or types of work registered in the system. These per-project working hours can then be viewed on the web or exported for further thorough data analysis.

Flexibility to support a variety of work environments

CViElite Attendance can handle multiple variations of work schedules, such as fulltime, part-time, flextime, shift work or schedules. Its flexible configuration can adapt to any working condition, or rules of employment.

Data interface from a card reader

CViElite Attendance can import recorded card reader data (entering and leaving the office).

Easy leave management

Annual leave can be handled following your company rules. Employees can check their accrued days, used days, and remaining days, individually.

Various alert functions

Various alerts can be set for deadline management, overtime threshold management, etc.

Bilingual (English or Japanese) user interface

The application and reports can be viewed in English or Japanese, and the employee can select their desired language (English or Japanese) when they login.

There are a wide array of reporting options, including printing, that you can select.

Optimized overtime and leave acquisition management

Workstyle reform can be required year after year, so reducing overtime costs has become very important. CViElite Attendance easily monitors the amount of overtime taken throughout the month and can be set to notify managers when an employee is approaching their overtime allocation, thereby improving management efficiency and helping to reduce costs.

Information sharing with payroll systems

Data from confirmed monthly work hours can be dispatched to PayrollPro, or other payroll systems. By working in concert smoothly with payroll processing, significant operational efficiencies can be realized.

FAQ

What types of attendance items are supported?
In addition to annual vacations, CViElite Attendance supports non-carry-forward vacations such as sick leave, summer vacations, and so forth. Various types of special vacations are also supported, like congratulations and condolence leave, maternity leave, late arrivals, early departures, holiday attendance, compensation holidays, business trips and more. And, all attendance item names can be set by the user.
Is it possible to submit multiple days of annual vacation at one time?
Yes. The scheduler allows submission of multiple days of annual vacation. After a request has been approved by the employee's manager, the new vacation information will be reflected automatically in the monthly attendance record.
Are compensatory holidays supported?
Yes, compensatory holiday support is built-in.

For those Clients who wish to introduce a dedicated service

CVi's Standard Products and Services are provisioned for in a shared environment under strict information security policies, procedures and guidelines, including standards for the protection of personal information. This has allowed us to achieve a high level of service at reasonable rates that has satisfied Clients. In the shared environment, Client data is logically separated.

Notwithstanding, irrespective of how high a quality or comprehensive our standard range of services might be, these might still not 100% meet the requirements of a specific client. Hence, we offer a "Segregated Program" under which any of our standard services can be customized. If you are interested in a personalized service for any of the categories below, please contact us or your respective Sales Representative.

  • Build a server and network operations in a Client-dedicated environment.
  • Conduct a Client-initiated audit based on your security and BCP requirements.
  • Use a Client-specific Agreement template instead of CVi's standard Agreement template.
  • Other Client-specific services not covered under the Shared Service.
