Preparing personnel participation change notifications for your DC Provider, fund, or notifications for you, or financial institution, is very time-consuming. We can prepare these documents, using paper or Web-based templates. For certain DC Providers, we can even handle the template upload for you.
Bilingual service
We can provide bilingual (Japanese & English) reports tailored to your needs, and prepare accounting ledgers in your accounting system's import format. Our professionals are familiar with a variety of foreign companies' retirement benefit systems and can provide support services in English as well as Japanese.

Works seamlessly with Payroll Out-sourcing
For clients who also utilize our Payroll Out-sourcing service, Defined Contribution & Defined Benefit Pension Plan information does not need to be provided separately, further reducing your workload. Also, since CVi's PayrollPro payroll calculation software includes an encrypted data transfer function, Defined Contribution & Defined Benefit Pension Plan reports and other information can be exchanged safely and securely.

CVi's Standard Products and Services are provisioned for in a shared environment under strict information security policies, procedures and guidelines, including standards for the protection of personal information. This has allowed us to achieve a high level of service at reasonable rates that has satisfied Clients. In the shared environment, Client data is logically separated.
Notwithstanding, irrespective of how high a quality or comprehensive our standard range of services might be, these might still not 100% meet the requirements of a specific client. Hence, we offer a "Segregated Program" under which any of our standard services can be customized.
