CVi continuously monitors and upgrades security measures to ensure the protection of important Client personal information.
Public Certifications
- We hold JIS Q15001 (Personal Information Protection Management Systems "PrivacyMark") and ISO27001 (Information Security Management System) certifications, and participate in regular recertification audits to ensure our ongoing compliance. CVi has also undergone internal control verification with the SSAE18 Type II report.
- CVi strives to pay close attention to the protection of information assets entrusted to us by our Clients by establishing an information security policy in addition to acquiring and renewing these public certifications, and by providing continuous training to our employees.
- CVi also takes necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent leaks and manage specific personal information such as "My Number," and appropriately supervises employees and subcontractors that handle specific personal information. In order to secure the implementation of these safety control measures, we have established an organization, internal rules and procedures.
